Useful information about your stay with us
We are an environmentally friendly campsite. We try to take our responsibility for the environment. Please help us preserve our nature and environment!
Café - se the actual opening times at the door
Homemade cookies with seasonal fruits and berries
Coffee, tea, ice cream, sweets, soft drinks
Free Wi-Fi for our guests.
Toilets
Only pee, poop and toilet paper belong in the toilet! Flush several times if need, and make sure the toilet is clean after you.
DON'T throw wet wipes, cotton swabs, diapers, or anything else in the toilets! They destroy the pump we use to pump away the faeces, which means that we can't use the facilities.
Water / hot water
is a limited resource. We have 1000 l for the toilets/showers and 300 l for the kitchen. Please be sparing so there is enough for everyone.
Cleaning of service building
We clean 3 times a day, but you also have to keep clean after yourself. Leave all the facilities clean after you so that the next guest can also have a nice experience!
Waste and recycling
The less garbage we produce, the better for the environment! We ask you to empty and flatten your packaging so we do not have to transport air since that is not so environmentally friendly. You should sort and place the garbage in their respective containers:
• Food waste - biological waste only. Use paper bags. Can be picked up at the kitchen.
• Glass
• Metal
• Into the "RESIDUAL TRASH" containers you throw: dog poop, cigarette butts, plastic, paper, newspapers, magazines and other household garbage
• Other waste such as beach chairs, broken appliances, furniture, batteries you bring yourself to the recycling station in Ryd or Tingsryd
Dogs, pets
are welcome to our campsite, but not in the kitchen or other facilities in the service house. Some may be allergic or just don't like to have animals indoor. Dogs must be on a leash on the entire campsite area and in the forest according to Swedish law. Pick up immediately the feces after your dog and throw into the residual trash container. Fill in any pits that your dog digs, so nobody sprain his feet. No fun vacation, exactly. Thanks for your concern!
Silence
At 10 pm it has to start getting quiet at the campsite and between 11pm - 7am should be totally silent.
Smoking
is prohibited in all our facilities, even outdoor. Smoking is prohibited in all public places according to Swedish law. You can smoke by your tent if your neighbors are not disturbed, or if there are no children nearby.
Thank you for showing consideration and caring for your fellow human beings!
Together we can make everyone's day a little better, a little happier.
